Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once dispatched.

Where We Ship
Recovr ships to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship internationally or to US territories.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email. If you haven’t received a tracking number within 4 business days, contact support@recovr.com.
Delivery Issues
Lost packages: If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us within 5 days. We will work with the carrier or send a replacement.
Address errors: Double-check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us immediately if you notice an error — we can update it before shipment.
