30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not fully satisfied with your Recovr product for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of delivery. No return is required β€” just contact us.

To initiate a refund:

  1. Email support@recovr.com with your order number and reason
  2. We process your refund within 3–5 business days
  3. Refund issued to the original payment method

Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund β€” your choice. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.


Electronics Warranty

All Recovr electronic products (ProPulse, LumaPanel, PulseStim, DreamMask) include a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects. Contact support@recovr.com with your order number to make a warranty claim.


Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear
  • Orders outside the 30-day window (exceptions at our discretion)

Processing Time

Approved refunds appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
