How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5–8 business days. Express (2–3 days) and Overnight options are available at checkout. Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping.
When will my order ship?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our email list to be notified.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us at support@recovr.com immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. We can usually update orders within 1–2 hours of placement before they're processed for shipment.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-Day No-Questions Money-Back Guarantee on all products. If you're not satisfied for any reason, email support@recovr.com with your order number. No return required.
How long do refunds take?
Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
My product arrived damaged. What do I do?

What is the difference between the ProPulse and a regular massage gun?
The ProPulse delivers 3,200 RPM with 12mm amplitude — the clinical standard for deep tissue work. Most consumer massage guns max out at 2,400 RPM with 6–8mm amplitude, which is sufficient for surface-level soreness but doesn't reach deeper muscle groups. The ProPulse ships with 6 professional-grade attachment heads versus the 3–4 heads on most competitors.
Does red light therapy actually work?

What size compression sleeve do I need?
Measure the circumference of your knee at the center of the kneecap and refer to the size guide on the product page. When in doubt, size up — compression that's too tight restricts circulation rather than supporting it.
Can I use the PulseStim every day?
Yes, on recovery mode settings. High-intensity settings should be used 3–4 times per week to allow adaptation. The device ships with a full protocol guide.
Is the DreamMask suitable for side sleepers?
Yes. The DreamMask has a contoured, low-profile design that doesn't press on the eyes and stays in place during movement. The elastic strap adjusts for all head sizes.
